Yes – we are continuously looking for more ways to improve and reduce waste within the business. We also work with our customers to help them become a green business through providing tips, advice, an eco-friendly product range and more. Read more here.
What management reports can you provide on a monthly basis?
The information provided can be as flexible as you would like it to be. Reports can either be generated by administrator level users within your organisation or by your account manager. 
Can you recycle ink and toner cartridges?
Yes – We will collect your used cartridges and 100% off the proceeds raised go to charity. Click here to find out more.

Ordering

How do I open a Business credit account?
Opening a business account is quick and easy. Please complete our online application form here and our customer support team will be in touch as soon as possible.
Do I need an account to order?
Whilst you can browse our product range as a guest, you must have an account with us in order to make a purchase and view special pricing. You can create your online account here.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order via our online ordering platform by entering your order number and clicking ‘Search’ or call our customer support team on 0845 078 0324 and we can track your order for you.
How do I place an order with Quills Group?
You can place your order either online via our website or over the phone. Our customer support team are more than happy to help with any enquiries via telephone, email or live chat.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free anywhere in the UK.
Where do you deliver to?
Quills Group has distribution centres throughout the UK and can deliver next day to most areas.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The majority of our products are delivered next working day anywhere in the UK unless stated otherwise. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you that it’s on back order along with an ETA. Special order items delivery schedules will also be advised at the time of your order.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept secure payments including PayPal, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa. Business accounts also have credit facilities of 30 days and payment by cheque or BACS.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
Items purchased online will display a message if the item is non-returnable (NR) and may also display a ‘NR’ symbol – if you are in any doubt please get in touch and we will provide the returns policy for you. We are unable to accept returns on food and beverage products. Items that are ordered as a ‘special line’ and furniture products will have varying returns policies which will be highlighted on your quote. If for any reason this is missing, please ask your account manager who will happily supply this information.
How do I raise a return?
Unwanted products can be returned within 10 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept return requests for items that have been kept for over 10 days. If you would like to log a return, please call 0845 078 0324 or complete the below contact form and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.
I’ve received my order but it’s damaged
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours. If we are notified later than this it may restrict our ability to offer a full refund or return.
