Established 25 years ago, Quills Group began life in our Managing Directors front room in Surrey. Since then, Quills has gone from strength to strength with a dedicated team to ensure high standards are maintained and customers are looked after.

Our products and services include Office Supplies, Furniture, Facilities Management, Janitorial, Cleaning & Hygiene, Furniture, Archiving, Confidential Shredding, Coffee & Beverage Solutions, Managed Print Solutions, Print, Promotional Items and Waste Management.

We tailor our services to suit your exact requirements and a dedicated account manager can offer independent advice to ensure the right solutions are provided. Working in partnership

Each customer is provided with their own dedicated Account Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining your account. Review meetings will be scheduled at your chosen frequency to discuss account performance, spend and where we can provide further cost saving opportunities. In addition you will also have the support of our in-house Customer Service team who are on hand to deal with any day to day enquiries or sourcing requests.

Sustainable Purchasing Solutions

We believe it’s in everyone’s interest to find better ways to do business and ensure we all create a more positive environmental impact. Quills direct carbon footprint is minimal so we offset our CO2 emissions (since 2008) through the World Land Trust (WLT) to become carbon balanced.  WLT is an international conservation charity, which protects the world’s most biologically important and threatened habitats acre by acre. We’ve applied environmental best practice within our daily operations and will continue to do so as part of our social and environmental commitment.
