We are a fully licensed waste carrier by the Environmental Agency and can provide a fully compliant and confidential data shredding service. All materials are transported directly to our shredding partners facility and we oversee the destruction. All confidential shredding takes place in a secure building under CCTV surveillance and a certificate of destruction is issued upon completion of waste disposal which verifies that materials have been destroyed in accordance with the European standard EN15713.

Ad-hoc Paper Shredding

If you’re looking for secure disposal and shredding, but do not wish to sign up to a contract then our call-up service is designed for you. Simply call us on 0845 078 0324 and we’ll send you secure shredding sacks to fill. You will have full flexibility over the process and can choose between our on-site or off-site paper shredding service. We also have weekly, fortnightly or monthly collection services available so it’s as simple as calling us when you’re ready to arrange the collection. All waste transfer notes and certificates of destruction are included in the price.

Regular Shredding & Secure Disposal

Did you know that the most common way confidential information gets into the wrong hands is when it’s not handled appropriately? If you’re producing confidential waste on a regular basis, whether that may be paper files or digital media, our scheduled collection service is available. If your items are already in a shredding console or wheelie bin, we will transfer the items into our own receptacle, leaving your consoles/wheelie bins on site ready for use. 100% of the paper is destroyed and recycled, safely and securely. Our services provide you with the peace of mind that all your items have been completely and confidentially destroyed and following every paper shredding service, you will receive a Certificate of Destruction confirming that your material has been securely destroyed.

On-site (mobile) Secure Shredding

Whether it’s a corporate policy or for peace of mind, some companies like to witness the shredding process at their premises. Our on-site shredding service offers the same level of confidentiality and security as our off-site shredding services. We have mobile shredding trucks that come to your site and can shred there and then. Our operatives will visit your location and carry out the service by emptying your secure, locked consoles and delivering the content onto the truck where it is then shredded and destroyed. The whole process can be viewed via CCTV on the truck. Mobile shredding is available on both our “call up” and regular services and you will also receive a Certificate of Destruction verifying your confidential documents have been securely destroyed
