During the Covid-19 pandemic we wanted to ensure our clients were kept up to date with our health and safety position, updates on key products in high demand,  delivery dates and back orders.

Due to the huge increase in delivery locations due to home working, we have temporarily added a small delivery charge of £7.95 for any orders under £70 to enable us to deliver these small orders to multiple home addresses.

We were very concious that many employees were working under pressure and to ensure our communications weren’t missed if sent by email, we also published our updates on our online ordering site, email auto-replies and we did also send some by email.
