During the Covid-19 pandemic we wanted to ensure our clients were kept up to date with our health and safety position, updates on key products in high demand,  delivery dates and back orders.

We were very concious that many employees were working under pressure and to ensure our communications weren’t missed if sent by email, we also published our updates on our online ordering site (under My Account) and we used the email auto-reply feature and web banners.

We can now confirm that the small order delivery charge of £6.95 has now been removed for orders under £70 – deliveries are now FREE again.  Charges will be applicable for special orders and furniture.
