We ensure that at every level you have the right contact with the relevant expertise to meet your needs.
 

  • Your Account Manager will be responsible for the overview and account review process and will meet with you on a quarterly basis to review all elements of supply performance.  Our performance will be measured against agreed benchmarks and your Account Manager will illustrate further cost saving initiatives.  Our Sales Director oversees the entire process and measures each Account Manager on similar objectives.
  • Your customer service contact will be the office based contact who will work with you on a day to day basis, providing all the detail you require relating to products, orders, deliveries and invoices. Our team have extensive product knowledge and will have all the current information at their fingertips on the many different product categories and services we provide.

Reviews

  • Each quarter a strategic account review will take place with your Account Manager.
  • These meetings are opportunities to present you with performance statistics for the previous quarter and to incorporate your feedback into  our approach for the next quarter.
