Welcome to the Quills Online Ordering Demonstration. Please pay attention to the slides showing you how to order.

You must enter your Product Name, Document Name and Password to access your template.

The Template will appear on the screen alongside the Text Boxes relating to each field on the design.

Please type into the boxes. As you move from box to box, the on-screen proof will update to reflect the changes.

Continue to fill in the information into the appropriate box paying attention to the on-screen proof.

The labels for Telephone, Fax and Mobile will appear once the number has been typed into the corresponding text field. The format of the numbers can be controlled by the template to ensure a consistent layout for each card. For example XXXX XXX XXXX.

Please enter the email address. The email domain, that is the part after the @ symbol will be added automatically to the first part.

Having filled in all the necessary fields, press PROCEED, to be taken to the order details section shown below.

Please select a quantity from the list, and enter your Order Reference if you have one.

On pressing PROCEED you will be taken to the delivery details section as shown below.

Please select a Delivery Address by clicking on the Address Book Button. If you want to specify a new address, you can type it in by hand in the fields below.

Please check the Proof, the Delivery Details and all other aspects of the order. If you need to change anything, press the BACK button or Click on the EDIT links next to each section.

Once satisfied with the details, press PLACE ORDER.

Congratulations, you have successfully Placed your Order. You can now place any additional orders or return to the main login page. Thank you for watching this demonstration.
